Well, well, well, this was unexpectedly eventful week made just by two events actually - first @punk6529 released his OM Metaverse with cool rooftops and superman jumps and then Moonbirds actually went to the moon!
Let's not get distracted by mega-hype and let's focus on less-known projects with worthy missions. That's what Daily NFTs Minute is here for.
Which projects I talked about this week:
Aeternals (ep. #46)
Aeternals are the NFT game with the planet-saving idea behind it. Their 10.000 NFTs are inspired by the native flora of the Amazon mimicking the rainforest’s biodiversity + it's connected to real-time environmental data. Each NFT has 3 stages of evolution coded into it - depending on how you engage with the game and if you stop caring then your island will degrade.
Apart from interactive game and a community of like-minded collectors with a small batch of ultra-rare NFTs, you may get a chance to do things like naming newly discovered species on the Amazon, or access to physical tours by indigenous communities of the Amazon…
From raised funds, 55% will go towards Rainforest Partnership (well known non-profit) and towards purchases Carbon Credits (via ClimateTrade partnership).
What is different from other projects is the fact that the game will be ready at the launch of the project! So no wait and see if they really deliver. Digital art looks cool - Aeternals look like small bonsai islands which change in kind of tamagotchi style as you interact with them.
Mint date and price are still TBD but it should be soon.

Fortuna NFT and She Survives NFT (ep. #47)
In this episode, I talked about two female-led NFT projects;
The first one was Fortuna NFT:
Fortuna is a female-led project on a mission to empower, educate and support women in web3. The project has Brasilian roots. Check founders Jess, Sarah, and Daira and their artist Pxlpxi. Artists on the team have drawn professionally for big names like Disney or Nike.
The roadmap is simple and clear - mint, create DAO, donations and create Angel Fund which is big part of DAO work. The focus is on proliferating female web3 presence.
Fortuna NFT is a collection is 7,777 hand-drawn Fortuna NFTs, slowly minting now for 0.077 ETH.
Check them out here: https://www.fortuna-fund.com/
The second project is She Survives NFT:
A 10,000 NFTs of cancer survivor women! Created by Ashley Duncan with help of Erin Gambrel and Sondos Gamal they plan to send 40% of proceeds after sellout to @AmericanCancer and to support women affected by cancer.
Great mission, small community. The project is slowly minting since end of March with a price of 0.05 ETH.
Roadmap highlights are certainly American Cancer support nad a Tesla giveaway! There shall be merchandise and IRL events planned to celebrate our SheSurvives family, charity auctions, and more!
Through Erin (aka @theblondebroker) the project is connected to Unique Unicorns NFT.

Pastel Persons (ep. #48)
I thought I talked about Pastel Persons (PPs) before but apparently I haven’t and it's a mistake. I really like the project and the team's approach. PPs are women-led NFT project made up of 8,900 randomly generated pastel persons (male, female, kids, etc.) which I like - hopefully I find one like me :) It’s a family-friendly NFT where the team decided to abolish the whitelist grind and everyone can join pastel list.
Their mission is to onboard women, youth, and other under-represented demographics into Web3 and to provide educational resources for the community.
They are donating to Girls Who Code and have their own Pastel Mentorship program which is working already now! They've also already purchased two plots of land in the metaverse and are running a competition with an architectural college program in Denmark to utilize their 3D modeling and architectural skills to create two buildings -The Clubhouse and the Art Gallery.
The mint date is April 29 at the family-friendly price of 0.04 ETH.
If you want to join the project for the community + learning then join this one. Don't join for hype because that's not happening here. You are still early.

And a small shoutout also went to Flora Aurelie Malu!
Flora Aurelie is 10 y/o girl who loves to create art and illustrations. She apparently likes flowers and animals. Collections are managed by her dad who’s photographer, so overall artistic family. I like pieces in Foxes and Originals in her Polygon-based collections.
When you check her Twitter account you'll see that Kids in NFTs is a topic on the rise, which is great!

Miss O Cool Girls NFTs (ep. #49)
This was a short Easter episode where I talked about Miss O Cool Girls NFTs (MissO for short):
MissO is aiming to support girls. NFT project comes from mom-daughter duo which created "Miss O and Friends" - supposedly #1 tween girls social network (since 2005).
The MissO is a series of 10,000 NFTs inspired by drawings of Juliette (one of co-founders) when she was 10 and illustrated by her mom, Hermine (second co-founder). The roadmap includes - web3 edu, events, podcast, 3D airdrop to 2D holders (nice) and there’s a merch shop in collab with 12 year old blockchain designer Ariella Maizner and that is also cool idea! (already live)
The MissO project is minting slowly since March 30 for friendly price of 0.04 ETH.

And that was it for this week! An easy shorter week full of new projects and FOMO. I hope that you resisted FOMO and enjoyed some IRL fun time with friends and maybe family.
I have no doubt that next week will be full of surprises and unplanned buys :)
Take care and cheers to next week!
BFG
